Located just outside Salad or Bust (8 E Bijou), our locally owned food truck brings you mouthwatering, thin and crispy pizzas made with 100% organic Colorado wheat. Baked to perfection in our wood-fired oven and leavened by the nature of Pikes Peak, each pizza is a celebration of fresh, local flavors. Join us every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting at 5:00 PM for a delicious slice of pizza bliss, and don’t forget to pair it with refreshing salad & cocktails from our partners at Salad or Bust and Cocktails After Dusk for a complete dining experience!
