First Course: Picadillo Mini Pie with Chayote Slaw
Second Course: Black Bean Soup with Mojo Verde and Crispy Chicharrones
Third Course: Slow Roasted Puerto Rican marinated pork shoulder, honey ham, baby Swiss cheese, dijon, and crispy pickles served with plantain chips
Fourth Course: Cuban Mango Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Mango Rum Coulis
