Welcome
Communities share a sense of place in a given geographical area, they share a sense of commonality in customs, values and identity. Community is made from relationships that add increased value in our individual selves, our practices and our roles in society. Community is not the same for everyone and it is ever changing as we define who we are. Our community grows and changes when we have an authentic encounter, a real experience, an opportunity to share our insights and hear others.
We created Salad or Bust with community as our focus, a place where you can gather, share and enjoy time with others.
Started and run by Colorado Springs locals, the two Salad or Bust locations are spaces where you can find community. We partner with other local businesses and community members to bring you the freshest ingredients and offer you a greener take on the Colorado Springs food scene.
